2. Scraping, priming and patching • All loose paint is removed, all bare areas are primed • Areas around doors and windows
are caulked • All wood, masonry, stucco and structural imperfections filled, repaired and caulked to prevent water intrusion
3. Paint and prime coats are applied to proper coverage and finish • All non-painted surfaces are covered to protect against
splatter and drips • Paint is applied with a brush, roller, or sprayer • Only premium quality exterior paints are used
4. Clean-up performed daily and upon completion • All garbage is removed • Plant beds cleaned and paint chips removed •
Touch-up paint is labeled, dated and left with the homeowner
5. Inspection • Before pack up, a full walk-around is done to ensure all areas are painted properly • Final touch-ups are noted
